Goyen pulse valve DD series technical data
The Goyen pulse valve Goyen DD series and Mecair 300 series set global standards for high-performance reverse pulse injection valves with a dresser nut connection port. These diaphragm valves are specifically designed for filter cleaning of dust collectors and bag filters in reverse pulse jet systems. These include all bag filters, cartridge filters, envelope filters, ceramic filters and sintered metal fiber filters.

-Used for hazardous substance control and environmental dust management
cut costs
-Improve pulse efficiency and reduce energy consumption-
Durable material
Longer service life-longer filter life, lower dust collector OPEX
Compliance
-Compliance with environmental and health and safety regulations
Easy to install-
Safe and fast pipeline assembly with 90° dresser nut connection
With the Goyen and Mecair brands, Pentair is a global market for the design and manufacture of high-performance reverse pulse injection valves. Our dressing nut valves are made of aluminum and adopt high-pressure die-casting process.
The Goyen DD series is designed to operate at an air pressure of 0.3 to 8.6 bar, while the Mecair 300 series is designed to range from 0.5 to 7.5 bar. These dresser nut valves can be positioned in any position other than upside down or upside down.
The temperature range of the dressing nut valve depends on the selected model and diaphragm:
Ding film: -40°C (-40°F) to 82°C (179.6°F (Fahrenheit))
Viton diaphragm: -29°C (-20.2°F) to 232°C (449.6°F (Fahrenheit))
Select model with diaphragm, applicable temperature as low as -60°C (-76°F)
A springless diaphragm design is available. The Mecair design ensures extremely fast opening and closing times and high flow rates. These valves are anodized to provide additional corrosion protection, and bolts and screws are made of stainless steel. They are equipped with an integrated solenoid guide or remote pneumatic connection.
The Goyen DD series and Mecair 300 series are high-performance diaphragm valves with a dresser nut connection for reverse pulse injection systems in dust collectors. They are used all over the world to frequently clean filters in systems to control the dispersion of harmful substances, improve indoor air quality in the workplace, or prevent harmful dust emissions.
The robust and reliable structure of these Goyen and Mecair dresser nut valves makes them suitable for dust management systems in various industries and processes, including:
Cement production
Mining applications
Silos and conveyor systems, bulk cargo handling
General industrial dust collection
Improve air quality in indoor workplaces
Prevent harmful emissions
Power industry: protect boilers and gas turbines from dust particles
